Midwest 2 Bedroom Hip Roof House Framing Kit

A 3/4” scale kit for a 1-Story, two bedroom home with a Hip Roof that teaches sound wood frame construction in accordance with accepted building codes. The builder(s) learn the fundamentals of house framing while sitting at a table.

The kit comes complete with Micro-Cut Balsa wood, cutting tools, measuring tape, layout pencil, nails, custom miter fixture, instruction booklet, nine working drawings and a work base that doubles as a foundation for the completed model. All of the walls can be framed right on their patterns on the working drawings. The completed model includes a bathroom, kitchen, hallway, dining and living rooms.
